This quote has always resonated with me as I feel it highlights the importance of a resilient and inclusive approach to both teaching and learning.
Every experience, every observation, every interaction is a learning experience. We are all lifelong learners and at New Hartley First School we foster, promote and admire a love of learning. We encourage all of our children to ‘dream big’ and ‘aim high’.
We pride ourselves on our welcoming and nurturing ethos and would highly recommend that any prospective parents or carers come and visit.
We would love to meet you!

The children in Nursery had a fantastic trip to the park. Before leaving school they came up with their own rules for being safe whilst outside of school, and they followed them so well! We had a play on the equipment, then sat together on the grass for a story and a drink. After one more play, we headed back to school.
Thank you to our parent helpers, your support was hugely appreciated. ... See MoreSee Less
