Notice for Parents/Carers:
At the beginning of each week  I will provide a timetable for the week. It will be displayed here and also sent to parents via the school app.
This will consist of a suggested structure for children to work to during the week. Each day will have IT based activities and alternative paper based or practical ideas and will consist of reading, writing, maths, physical and one other activity eg. Creative, PHSE, research etc.
Please remember that these are suggestions. There is no expectation that all activities must be completed, or that they should take the equivalent of an entire school day. Some activities will be shorter than others, whilst some may be open ended.
I will try to include all the resources you may need, these do not need to be printed. Instead they are intended to help you in delivering the activities to your child. If you have access to a printer and prefer to print that is your choice.
I hope you find the structure helpful, and please remember I am always available via email/school app to answer queries and support you.

Please note that I am now teaching in school Monday - Thursday too and therefore may not be able to reply to emails as quickly as you have become used to. I will however, do my best to get back to you the same day. Thank you for your continued support.
Week beginning 15th June 2020
For additional ideas or resources feel free to have a look at Northumberland's Padlet using this link:
Helping children to talk about their feeling during this time.
Please do not feel you must print this booklet to make use of it, unless you have access to a printer and want to.
Instead we thought you might like to use the activities and ideas as conversation starters to help you find out how your children are coping emotionally and to give them the opportunity to share any questions they may have.
Any activities that are suggested as recording/drawing tasks can just as easily be done through conversation or be copied by hand however you like!
(Thank you to a kind parent for sharing this with us!)

On Thursday 14th November 2019 Year 1 children invited their parents and carers into school to our very first 'Share a Book Coffee Morning'. It was a huge success and everyone thoroughly enjoyed reading their favourite stories with the people they love!
