  • Is a course, which encourages you to think about yourself, your choices and your life.
  • Helps you to understand why you think the way you do about yourself and your situation.
  • Gives you confidence to take opportunities to improve your life and deal with change.
  • The 8 week course starts Friday 23rd January - Monday 20th March 2009.
  • Sessions will run 9.15 am - 11.45 am
  • At Seaton Valley Children's Centre, Western Avenue, Seaton Delaval
  • Total cost will be £8.00 to be paid before the commencement of the course.
